Welcome to the LG “Shoot-it-Green” Photo Competition!

Here’s a super opportunity for any one of you who think that you have a knack for camera phone photography to walk away with the LG Cookie Mobile Phone.

It’s pretty simple actually!
All you have to do is point and shoot…of course you’ve got to have that creative flair to impress our panel of expert judges who will decide who the lucky winner is going to be, but who knows maybe you’ve got a chance.

The theme for the competition is “The Environment”…which means you can take photographs of any subject that is in tune with the beautiful environs that surround us.

It could be the lush paddy field that borders your home, your own home garden, the sparrows that have built a nest in your kitchen or just about anything that is connected with the environment or nature. All you have to do is ‘click it right’ with your LG Mobile Phone and you could be taking your next photo on your brand new LG Cookie Mobile Phone!!

Ok. A competitor can submit up to 4 entries (and if you can give each one a title or a caption) so much the better.

Remember, you need to retain your entries in your LG Mobile phone during the duration of the competition, that’s from 5th February to 5th March, 2010.

Once the finalists have been chosen we’ve also lined up a Mini Art Gallery at our Abans Elite Showroom at Kollupitiya where 1 photograph from your entries will be picked for exhibition.

We’ve also planned a Mini Competition where customers to our showroom will pick their choice and more prizes will be on offer to 3 winners.

What’s more if you can provide a bill of purchase from an Abans Outlet we’ll print 6 photographs from your mobile phone, Absolutely Free!
