abans.lk does not guarantee the accuracy, integrity or quality of the content on our sites. Under no circumstances does it guarantee that the operation of the Site will be error free and/or uninterrupted.
abans.lk may modify, discontinue its products or content, in whole or in part, temporarily or permanently, at any time without prior notice. You agree that abans.lk shall not be liable to you for any modification, suspension, withdrawal or discontinuance of the Content.
Orders
We have the right to refuse at our discretion to supply any goods ordered by you in our online store.
Price Conditions
All the prices listed on the abans.lk are the last and final price of sale at the time of processing payment transaction.
Security on Payment
To ensure secure online payment, abans.lk uses the payment gateway of HSBC. Your Credit Card details are transmitted directly to the payment gateway provider and Abans Office Automation (Pvt.) Ltd. does not record any of your card information at any time. Abans.lk accepts Visa and Master Credit Cards. abans.lk reserves the right to cancel any order suspecting fraud.
Confirmation
After receiving your electronic order, our system will contact you via email / telephone / mobile / fax confirming the price and the product detail received. All our prices displayed on the website do not include delivery charges, unless otherwise stated.
Cancellation
Cancellation of the transaction will not be permitted after orders are placed. But customer can request different product by paying the price different before delivery.
Delivery
We aim to dispatch your order within 5 working days. Abans Office Automation (Pvt) Ltd. is not liable to deliver the good on government or other holidays. International orders are accepted but all deliveries are within Sri Lanka except North & East.
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait or you are entitled to choose some other product by paying the difference of the price.
Delivery will be done by our company staff based on the address and the related information submitted by you at the time of ordering.
Receipts
Your order will be dispatched to you complete with a Receipt.
Warranty & After Sales Services
Abans Office Automation (Pvt) Ltd will offer you the product warranty as per the general Warranty policy and you are entitled to get the services from our Island wide service centers.
Mistakes in bills, receipts or payments
Whilst we endeavor to ensure accuracy in all that we do, occasionally mistakes do happen. On submission of approvals we will correct any mistakes in bills, receipts or payments if brought to our attention within 10 days of Purchase/Delivery.
